Program Name: AEON KIDS CLUB, hereinafter referred to as “Program”.

AEON Branches, General Merchandise Store belonging to AEON Vietnam.
Customers eligible to participate in the Program:
Applicable to individuals who are Vietnamese citizens with ID cards, Citizen Identification cards, or foreigners with passports aged 18 years or older who are pregnant or having a child up to 14 years old. This program may not be used for any commercial purposes and does not apply to employees of AEON Vietnam Co., Ltd.
Detailed content of the Program:
AEON Kids Club is only applicable to Vietnamese citizens with ID cards, Citizen Identification cards, or foreigners with passports aged 18 years or older who are pregnant or having a child up to 14 years old. Each customer only owns one (01) member account and this account cannot be used for any commercial purposes such as buying, selling or transferring. The program does not apply to employees of AEON Vietnam Co., Ltd. Customers can register to participate in the program in the following 2 methods:
- Register directly at the Customer Service Counter in the area of AEON General Merchandise Store. After registering to participate in the program, customers will be given one (01) AEON Kids Club card for free. AEON Kids Club card is made of plastic with the membership number printed on it and comes with a small card attached to a keychain (equivalent in value to a plastic card).
+ Only individuals who are the original owners of the AEON Kids Club have the right to use this card. The card remains the property of AEON Vietnam Co., Ltd. (referred to as AEON) after being issued to the customer.
+ In case the card is lost, the customer will contact AEON Customer Service Counter to reissue the card at a cost of 20,000 VND/main card.
- Register online using the mobile application “KIDS CLUB” on the phone: Customers after filling in all relevant personal information (Full name, phone number, nationality, ID card number/ Citizen Identification card /Passport, date of birth, gender, address, status…) the system will issue one (01) member account with AEON Kids Club. With One (01) mobile phone number used to register one (01) member account and log in to the KIDS CLUB mobile application.
Forms of AEON Kids Club:
AEON Kids Club account has two forms: Physical Card (Hard Card) and Online Card (Barcode and/or QR code Member code).
- The physical card is a hard plastic card provided by AEON Vietnam with a series of barcodes corresponding to the member number.
- Online card is a series of barcodes and/or QR codes corresponding to the membership number on the KIDS CLUB mobile application.
*Note: AEON Vietnam may issue new account forms or stop providing the above forms from time to time.
Rules for receiving incentives of the program:
- Members present their Mother & Baby account (AEON Kids Club card) when paying to receive promotions: 5% discount on Children’s Day (last Saturday and Sunday of each month) and/or one (01) period of the year, depending on when AEON communicates and applies this promotion to members. This offer applies to most mother & baby products, except for processed foods, formula milk for children from 0 to 24 months and some other items that are prohibited from promotion according to legal regulations. the law.
- Children whose relatives, parents, etc. are members of the Mother & Baby Program (AEON Kids Club) will be able to participate in promotional programs exclusively for member customers.
- Member customers please present your Mother & Baby (AEON Kids Club) membership account with the membership code as the barcode printed on the hard card or the barcode of the card online on the KIDS CLUB mobile application and ID card, Passport when receiving benefits, incentives or carrying out related documentation procedures.
AEON Vietnam has the right to decide at any time:
(i) Refuse to allow customers to participate in the AEON Kids Club for legitimate reasons;
(ii) Withdraw or cancel membership in the AEON Kids Club of member customers for legitimate reasons.
(iii) Change or update Program content or Terms and Conditions in the Program without having to notify member customers.
(iv) Terminate the Program at any time but must send notice to member customers (hereinafter called “Notice”) at least thirty (30) days before the intended termination date. terminate the Program.
(v) AEON Vietnam is not responsible for resolving the benefits of member customers if the profile information provided by the customer is incomplete and inaccurate, or if the time limit for receiving benefits as prescribed in the regulations has passed. program and assumes no responsibility arising from damage or loss of the Member Account due to the customer’s fault.
(vi) AEON Vietnam is allowed to use the customer information provided during the registration process to participate in the Program and all data related to members’ shopping at the AEON Vietnam supermarket system. to support direct communication activities, statistics and program management. All data related to members will be kept confidential according to the Member Information Sharing and Privacy Policy published on the KIDS CLUB mobile application and AEON Vietnam website.
(vii) If a member does not have any consecutive shopping transactions within two (02) years, AEON Vietnam will lock that member’s account without notice.
The program does not apply concurrently with other programs at AEON unless otherwise notified by AEON Vietnam.
