According to the regulations of the State Bank of Vietnam, to verify successfully the account, the bank card associated with Moca Wallet must be the primary bank card. The Wallet account is considered invalid if the documents (ID / CCCD / Passport) are not in the same owner as the associated Bank Card. However, we understand that for personal reasons, some users are using the same bank account with others. In this case, only 01 Moca Wallet account can be linked to a Bank card that is being used together. In other words, to avoid possible interruptions when performing authentication, you should delete this ATM card link if you are not the person in your name or if the above card has been used to authenticate one wallet account.
