Nhân viên IT Support (IT Support Officer)

AEON VIETNAM - CHI NHÁNH LONG BIÊN (Số 27 đường Cổ Linh, Phường Long Biên, Quận Long Biên, Thành Phố Hà Nội)

Key responsibilities:

– Support end-user request relating to laptop, PC, applications
– Support user problems in IT scope in case the others absent (Internet, MS office, access system, printing…)
– Support users in HHT devices, utilities
– Implement POS installation and testing related functions
– Maintain technique knowledge related to our suite of hardware and software product solution
– Coordinate with vendor to finalized requirements and support end user
– Setup, configure and test hardware and software components
– Keep track the status of sales system, promotion program-loyalty system daily batch and handle the fault
– Train End-user the procedures and application related to the sales system, promotion program-loyalty system and POS
– Provide training to user regarding to hardware, software and troubleshooting techniques
– Cooperate with or support other members in IT team to record all user requests and follow up/ deal with open requests
– Documentation (Report, Parameter Sheet, Manual, etc…)

Job Requirements:

1. Qualifications & Experience
– University degree
– Minimum 01 years working as IT position

2. Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
– General knowledge about one IT System: structure, composition, dataflow
– Good knowledge of other related technologies (TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, Wireless, Security, Voice)
– Candidate who has Technical Certifications (CCNA/CCNP, MCSA, MCSE, MCITP) is an advantage
– Good knowledge about POS environment in retail market and loyalty system application
– Good knowledge about CCT
– Strong Computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet
– Has good schedule management skill and communication skill
– Has ability to study and research new technologies
– Able to handle multi-tasks
– Documentation, Communication and Reporting skills
– Good communication with customers/ users, coworkers and partners
– Reasoning ability: Definite problems, solve practical problems and deal with difficult situations
– Strong motivation for getting customer satisfaction
