MMD Division Leader (Trưởng quầy Giao nhận hàng)
Key responsibilities:
1. Merchandising management
– Supervise the receiving and delivery of goods.
– Check PA Zero process to control the inventory.
– Control the exchange, return, transfer of goods and internal consumption.
– Control the delivery process for customers – collect money later.
– Practice safe rules and 5S.
– Control stock-take process monthly and annually.
– Human resources management: submit the periodic report and working plan for employees.
2. Rules & Regulations
– Follow all working procedures, the company’s policies, rules and regulations.
3. Other duties
– Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Store Manager or Line Manager.
Job Requirements:
1. Qualifications & Experience
– University/College degree.
– Minimum 3 years of experience in retail industry during which 1 year in manager position (including at least 5 members).
2. Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
– Good command of English (verbal & written).
– Computer literate (Word, Excel, Power Point).
– Soft skills: teamwork, leadership, analyzing, presentation and problem solving skill.
– Be able to work at shift & on Public holidays.
– Have ability to relocate to other Stores as per Company’s assignment is a plus.
