IT SUPPORT OFFICER

1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implements POS installation and testing related functions.
• Maintain technical knowledge related to our suite of hardware and software product solution.
• Coordinate with vendor to finalized requirements regarding to POS system
• Set-up, configure and test hardware and software components
• Keep track the status of sales system, promotions program-loyalty system daily batch and handle the fault
• Documentation (Report, Parameter Sheet, Manual, etc…)

2. JOB REQUIREMENTS

• University Degree/ College
• Minimum 01-year working as IT position in Retail industry.
• Good schedule management skill and communication skill.
• Be able to study and research new technologies.
• Be able to work in high pressure environment.
• Good communication with customers/users, coworkers and partners.
• Documentation, Communication and Reporting Skills.
• Working location: HQ
