Home Coordy Merchandising Excutive

Key responsibilities:
– Work closely with related MD on the strategy for Category of Home Coordy shop such as product concept, 3C analysis, assortment plan, monthly and quarterly sales plan in order to achieve sales and GP goal.
– Market survey frequently to update market trend, competitor’s strength.
– Work closely with partner (Aeon Topvalu Vietnam Co.) to following import shipment smoothly.
– Support and instruct operation team on schematic, product display.
– Coordinate with related dept. such as Marketing, construction, E-commerce on branding for Home Coordy.
– Other tasks might be assigned by Manager.

Job Requirements:
1. Qualifications & Experience
– University/ college degree In Economics or related subjects.
– Having experience in retail and product development

2. Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
– Having knowledge about import-export.
– Customer-oriented.
– Strong in Communication, negotiation skill.
– Good in data and figures.
– Fluency in English (both written and oral)
– Basic Japanese is preferable.
