Data Analyst Executive (Merchandising Department)

Key responsibilities:
– On-demand data extracting based on business requests: identify issues, gather information from various sources, analyze data & propose insightful solutions to improve business insights
– Collaborate with related departments to create insightful automated dashboards and extract useful business insights
– Analyze and reporting the sales trend, customer trend
– Propose reasonable sales forecast to store managers
– Document and maintain team’s documents
– Other tasks as assigned by manager

Job Requirements:
1. Qualifications & Experience:
– Bachelor’s degree or college, majoring in Data Analytics, Business Management, Information Technology
– At least 2 years work experience as a data analyst or in related field

2. Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors:
– Honestly and Integrity
– Strong Excel skills
– Be able to understand data in retail business
– Be able to communicate in English or Japanese
